We do not ask for payment details on this website. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and the website is not aimed at anyone under 16.
Please do not include sensitive health information in the contact form. If we need to discuss your health in order to provide a service, we will do that directly with you and only with your agreement.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the website and the business, and who act on our instructions:
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and its email.
- Google, which provides the web fonts used on this site and, only if you accept optional cookies, the map on the Contact page.
- Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), if you choose to contact or follow us there. Those services have their own privacy policies.
We may also share information where the law requires us to.
Transfers outside the UK
Some providers, including Google, may process information outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on safeguards recognised by UK law, such as the UK adequacy regulations or approved standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails and messages only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally no more than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or we are required to keep records for longer. Server logs are kept by our host for a short period.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
